Hi Sir/Mam, I am Atty. John DX Lapid, member of TWG Metropolitan Cebu Water District's JVSC-2, may I request for a sample Joint Venture Agreement for Bulk Water Supply that is pursuant to the 2023 NEDA JV Guidelines. As we draft JVAs right now based on the new JV Guidelines of NEDA. This would be of great help. Thank you very much.

You asked for A Sample Joint Venture Agreement for Bulk Water Supply Based on the 2023 JV NEDA Guidelines.

Response to Request

This is to inform you that NEDA is currently in the process of drafting the standard form/model Joint Venture (JV) Agreement pursuant to Section 6.4 of the 2023 NEDA JV Guidelines. The said document shall be posted and made publicly accessible in the NEDA website once available.
