I found this report on the PSRTI website (https://archive.psrti.gov.ph/researchstudies/view/17) and would like to request a copy because we are conducting a living income benchmark in the Philippines and this framework will certainly help us in developing the method for calculating the living income/wage in the Philippines.

You asked for Development of Framework and Methodology to Estimate a Quality of Life Index in the Philippines.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The study is still on going and not yet published. Hence, we cannot grant your request as the document itself does not exist yet. Rest assured that the document will be published/shared to the public upon finalization and approval.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to foi@neda.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

While we understand that our request for the document has been denied due to the fact that the project is still ongoing and the document we are requesting is not yet available, we would like to express our appreciation for your willingness to share. We are particularly interested in the project given its relevance to our own work on living income benchmarks. Consequently, we would like to request a meeting with the team responsible for the Quality of Life Index project.
