1. What is the process of NEDA in evaluating projects relating to beautification such as establishing/maintaining parks and cleaning/restoring/rehabilitating a public space or area (e.g., beaches, city public spaces, etc), before implementing them? 

2. Are there guidelines being followed for evaluating such projects?
