Hi. The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) issued Memorandum Circular No.2020-07 Series of 2020 directing all government offices to designate a Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART). We would like to request for the composition of CART from the National Economic and Development Authority.
