I am John Kelly S. De Luna a fifth-year Architecture Student at the University of Pangasinan, College of Engineering and Architecture. I would like to ask your consent to make a proposal study on “Basista: A Proposed  Redevelopment of Basista Municipal to a Sustainable and Eco-Friendly Municipal” As such, I  would like to ask permission to have a copy of the following documents: 
1. Photocopy of the Lot
2. Survey Lot Plan 
3. Zoning Certificate 
4. Latest Comprehensive Land Use Plan 
5. Tax Declaration 
6. Cadastral Number of the Lot
