Hello! I'm curious about the current status of the Leaning Bell Tower of the Holy Rosary Church in Bombon, Camarines Sur, which is the subject of our thesis. This iconic structure is considered a Local Cultural Heritage, and it exhibits a noticeable lean. I was wondering why there hasn't been any restoration work done to return it to its safe tilt?
