I am a 3rd-year architecture student at Mapua University, Intramuros.

In compliance with our design course requirement, I would like to request your permission to obtain any document relevant to the Regina Building in escolta. 

1. Historical Background of Regina Building 
2. Architectural Plans (If plans are not available, information such as land/lot dimensions as well as building dimensions would be appreciated)
