Hi! I am a civil engineering student of Technological University of the Philippines - Manila. We are currently taking Civil Engineering Project 1 as one of our subjects in the course. One of the requirements of the subject is capstone research. We plan to conduct a study about the Our Lady of Candelaria Parish Church -Silang Cavite and are requesting the As-built plans and retrofit plans of the church structure as one of our references in our study. I look forward to hearing from you I will appreciate your response to our request.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested since the structure is privately-owned. Please coordinate with the property owner for the requested materials.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to internal review the response by writing to Ms. Carminda R. Arevalo through the e-mail address records@nhcp.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
