Greetings!

I am Neil Vincent Layosa, a third year architecture student from Mapúa University Intramuros undertaking an Adaptive Reuse Project for our Architectural Design 4 course. 

Since focus of our design case study will be the heritage building that is the Times Theater in Quiapo, Manila; we would like to request access to copies of the said buildings architectural plans (floor plans, elevations, sections, etc.) to use as references for our case study of the said building.

We regret to inform you that we do not have your requested data since the property is not listed in our national registry of historic sites and structures. We advise you to coordinate with the owner or its building administrator. You may also visit the NHCP Library to use our resources for your research.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Ms. Carminda R. Arevalo thru the e-mail address records@nhcp.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
