Good day!

I am Jasmine Fiona Tan, a senior interior design student from the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. I am working on my thesis about promoting Quiapo and telling its story by revitalizing the Times Theater. With this, I humbly request your good office if I may have a copy of the building's floor plan and interior and exterior elevations. Rest assured that all the information given will only be used for educational purposes.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 31, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

We regret to inform you that we do not have the plans of Times Theater since it is a privately owned building. We advise you to coordinate with the owner or its building administrator. However, you may visit the NHCP Library to use our resources for your research.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Ms. Carminda R. Arevalo thru the e-mail address records@nhcp.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
