I am interested in obtaining information pertaining to the relationship between the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) and the Mossad, the national intelligence agency of Israel.

Any documented communication between the two agencies.

Documents indicating the extent of cooperation between NICA and Mossad, particularly in areas related to intelligence sharing, training, joint operations, and similar.
Any agreements or Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) signed between the two agencies.

I appreciate your prompt response; however, I would like to seek further clarification on the subject matter.

As per the information available publicly, including the one mentioned on this page https://chanrobles.com/legal3nica.html, it states that "Presently, NICA is in close coordination with the CIA, Mossad and intelligence services of ASEAN countries to counter the threat of terrorism." This indicates a level of cooperation and communication between NICA and Mossad.

Therefore, I am particularly interested in understanding the meaning behind your statement "In this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested." Does this imply that there are no documents available for public access that detail the interactions between NICA and Mossad, or that such information cannot be disclosed due to national security or confidentiality reasons?

I understand that the nature of your agency's work necessitates confidentiality and discretion, and I am aware that not all information can be made public. Nevertheless, I would be grateful if you could provide as much clarification as possible regarding the matter at hand.
