Hi! I'm a law student currently conducting a research regarding deepfakes. I would like to request from your good office the following information:
1.Are there any incidents of deepfakes in the country? If yes, do you have any data of how many there are, are the creators of these deepfakes Filipinos or not, and are they mostly targeting individuals or more political in nature
2. Any threat assessments or reports regarding deepfakes 
3. What are the challenges you foresee regarding regulating deepfakes
4. Any other information that could be released regarding deepfakes in PH
