I would like to humbly ask from your good office, for any amount para po sa assistance ng hospital bill ng aking Father in-Law, currently po nasa hospital pa po siya and undergoing so many tests e.g. Dialysis and endoscopy. Hoping po for your positive response regarding this matter po. May God multiply all of your blessings a thousand times over. Thank you and God bless!

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible  but in this instance your FOI is not request for information in nature.

However I forwarded you request to our Social Service Chief, Ms Reides Basada including you email.  You can also email her at mssd@nkti.gov.ph regarding your request for financial assistance.  

I hope that NKTI can help you and your father-in-law Mam.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the undersign at francus.angeles@nkti.gov.ph.
