Hi! I would like to request information regarding:

1. Total number of Dialysis Patients in all municipality of second district of Iloilo Province for the past 5 years.

2. The total number of current Dialysis Patients in Zarraga Iloilo per Barangay.

3. The total number of current Dialysis Patients per hospital/clinic in Iloilo.
