Hi! I would like to request information regarding the following:

1. Incidence of CKD in the Philippines
2. Incidence of end stage renal disease in the Philippines
2. Mortality rate of hemodialysis patients

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance data from our Public Health Unit is up to year 2016 only.  

If you wish you can post another FOI with a revised date coverage (e.g. 2012 to 2016)  

Your right to request a review
