You asked for The number of Hemodialysis Patient in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance our Public Health Unit's available data is up to year 2016 only.  If you wish, you can post another FOI stating a revised date coverage we can provide e.g.  2012 to 2016

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the undersign at francus.angeles@nkti.gov.ph.  Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
