February 13, 2023 Dear Mr Tabudlong, Thank you for your request dated Feb 12, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Number of Hemodialysis patients in Davao city from 2018-2022. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance available data of our Public Health Unit is up to 2016 only. You can post another FOI with a revised date coverage that we can provide eg. 2011 to 2016. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the undersign at francus.angeles@nkti.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
