Hi! I would like to request the following information:

1) Philippine Renal Disease Registry Annual Report from 2017-2020/ 2021

2) Number of patients on hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis per province/region in the whole Philippines from 2017-2020/ 2021

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, however in this instance available data from our Public Health Unit Office is up to year 2016 only.  If you wish you can post a new FOI reflecting an adjusted data coverage (e.g. 2012 to 2016) 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the undersign at francus.angeles@nkti.gov.ph.
