I am writing this letter to humbly ask for financial assistance for my father Rodolfo S. Inting for his Dialysis Treatment and other Medical expenses.  He is required for a 2x a week hemodialysis and our earnings is not enough. 

If granted, the financial assistance from your good office is a BIG HELP to my father's health
