Hi I would like to request for the following:

1. The number of Filipinos (with age, gender, data graph) who have End-Stage Renal Disease (Prevalence Data if possible)
2. The number of Filipino (with age, gender, data graph) who have Chronic Kidney Disease (Subdivided per CKD Stage)
3. Prevalence of comorbidities (e.g. anemia) in filipinos with CKD

Is your requested data national meaning for the entire Philippines or regional specific region?  Also, we can provide data up to year 2016 only.  2017 data can be provided by DOH.
