2. Do you also record the vaccination status against covid-19? If yes, please cross-reference if a patient is vaccinated or not.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested that is available in the unit, for as <vaccination status/date of vaccination for COVID-19, age, stage of cancer, and the onset of cancer is not available in the data collection of chemo unit, 2023 census is ongoing encoding>.
