Good Day!

I am a 3rd Year Nursing Student from PLMar. I would like to ask if your institution allows student researchers to go to your hospital and ask Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients to answer survey questionnaires about their quality of life. If so, may I know the necessary preparations we must make before heading to your hospital? I am kindly hoping for your response to this inquiry. Thank you.

Additional Information : Our questionnaire is the Kidney Disease Quality of Life (KDQoL-SFv1.3) Instrument from RAND.
