Hi, I would like to request the secondary data of patients (no surviving or surviving) who have/had AKI, which specifically contains the following as much as possible: Demographic features (age & sex), Comorbidities, Laboratory exam, Scoring system, Therapeutic and Clinical Management, Vital Sign, Renal function, AKI stage.

This study generally aims to evaluate the potential of Red cell Distribution Width-to-platelet ratio (PR) to predict in-hospital mortality in critically ill patients with Acute Kidney Injury (AKI).

Response to your request

I referred your FOI to one of our FOI Decision Makers and while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your requested FOI will entail review of charts and patients results as your FOI request is research on patients with AKI and co-morbidities. Do please coordinate with our Research Committee (at ctru@nkti.gov.ph) and ask for their approval.  Likewise some of the variables as part of your FOI are not available.
