Hi I would like to request the following 
1.What are the policy pertaining to dialysis patients payment  and transplant  
2.What types of dialysis are covered by different insurance plans?
3.Is the dialysis payment free if you have philhealth or any health card? If its not all free how much amount do patients will pay for dialysis
4. Is transplant free? If it's not free what are it's rules and regulations and how much amount patients will pay for transplant 
5. Are there any co-pays or deductibles associated with dialysis treatment? Is there any discount for the payment of dialysis?
