Thank you for your request dated November 5, 2019 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for the guidelines or laws in designing recreational spaces particularly community park.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. The mandate of the NPDC is to manage, develop, and promote Rizal Park and Paco Park in Manila. Our agency does not have any authority yet in imposing guidelines or laws in designing recreational spaces particularly community park.
