This is already answered. But how do I make all RDOs in Cebu understand this?

This is regarding RR 13 2018 that reverted the VAT Theshold from P1.5 million to P1,919,500 for sale residential lot and P2.5 million to P3,199,500 for sale of house and lot and other residential dwelling.

They do not understand the law. They are waiting for clarification from head office but they are not doing anything. Please help me let them know the correct interpretation of law.

With regard to your request for clarification on Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 13-2018 via info@ntrc.gov.ph and eFOI portal, unfortunately for this request, it is with the Bureau of Internal Revenue to interpret. The National Tax Research Center does not provide binding tax opinion or interpretation because it is a power exclusively vested in the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, subject to review by the Secretary of Finance. The NTRC is not in the position to interpret or issue an advisory or memorandum to inform the Revenue District Offices in Cebu on the correct interpretation of the law.
