Goodafternoon! Im writing a letter if ever i can get a copy for my form 2316 because my last employer dindt give me my copy ive already resign and have a new job but now my new employer requires a Form 2316 (to the last of my employer) i would appreciate if you can also the copy to my email address the month covered was May 15 2022 to January 03 2022 hope to get a feedback!
