Request for clarification about the interpretation by the NTRC about the decrease in VAT Exemption Threshold on sale of real estate properties. 

It was stated in Changes In Value Added Tax,  Tax Changes You Need To Know provides to wit: 

“Reduces VAT-Exempt threshold from P 3,199,200 to P 2,000,000 on sale of house and lot and other residential dwellings beginning January 1, 2021.”

It is different from the interpretation in RR 13-2018 issued by the BIR and the TRAIN Law.
