I am writing to express my deep frustration with the ongoing internet outage issue with Converge. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance and report the problem, it remains unresolved, and I find this level of service unacceptable.

August 30 - No Internet Service
September 1 - I was promised by Converge that their onsite team will address the outage issue within 2-3 days.
September 3 -  Field engineers are no show. Made a follow up and was advised to wait.
Sept 4 - 6  No onsite visit. Still no internet

1 week with no internet. No one's helping and no onsite repair team.
