Good day ma'am/sir,
     I'm Engr. Alzenky G. Lomuntad, a MS student from Nueva Vizcaya State University and currently working on my research proposal about GIS land suitability mapping for SPIS in rainfed rice. I am writing this letter to request for information regarding to:
