Your Request

You asked for Daily Minimum Wage/Salary For Call Center Agents in Batangas and Mindoro.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. Attached is a copy of Wage Order No. IV-A-19 containing the applicable minimum wage rates  applicable to establishments classified as non-agriculture,  which include call center establishments, in different areas of Batangas. 

For the applicable minimum wage rate in Mindoro, please see attached copy of Wage Order No. MIMAROPA-10 indicating the applicable minimum wage depending on the number of workers employed. 

If the call center agent works in an establishment with 10 workers and above, the applicable minimum wage rate is PhP355.00 per day. On the other hand, if the establishment employs less than 10 workers, the applicable minimum wage rate is PhP329.00

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to NWPC Exec. Dir. Maria Criselda R. Sy. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
