Your Request

You asked for Salary Increase Rate Annually (year 2018-2022).

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of minimum wage rate in Batangas City which is under Component Cities of Growth Corridor Area of the Region, the minimum wage under WO IV-A-18 granted P16.50 per day wage increase resulting to P373 per day which took effect effective April 28, 2018. Additionally, Under WO IV-A-19, granted a P56 increase in basic pay given in tranches. P28 upon effectivity on June 30, 2022  and another P28 to be given on December 30, 2022. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to NWPC Exec. Dir. Maria Criselda R. Sy. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
