Good day! I am a 2nd year engineering student from RTU taking an Applied Safety Engineering course. As part of our final requirement in the mentioned course above, our professor asked us to gather information about the occupational safety and health program of a company here in the Philippines. Therefore, I am humbly asking if we could get a sample or a document filed by one of the companies here in the Philippines about their OSH Program that has a template provided by DOLE. 

I am hoping this request will be accepted. Thank you!
