Your request

You asked for OSH related information particularly the number of cases of occupational injuries with workdays lost (2013-2013) and cases of occupational diseases (2013-2023). 

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, the results of the Integrated Survey on Labor and Employment of the Philippine Statistics Authority may provide the data you have requested related to occupational injuries and disease. The website can be accessed through this link: https://www.psa.gov.ph/statistics/isle

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Executive Director Ma. Teresita S. Cucueco at oed@oshc.dole.gov.ph.
