September 18, 2020 Dear Ms. Maria Rovena, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 18, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request for data is available at the Philippine Statistics Authority and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration. The list of Program of benefits and services for OFWs and dependents of OWWA-member are available at www.owwa.gov.ph. You may also want to look at the Reports of NEDA on the MTPDP pertaining to the sector of migration since it provides a compilation of Government and non-government programs and services for filipino overseas. You should consider going to the website of the Provincial Planning Office or the Migration Development Center/Office (under the Social Welfare) of Cagayan de Oro. We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: admin.cacdac@owwa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
