2. Total # of OFWs that were approved their DOLE AKAP application as of 09/13
3. Total # of OFWs who are still processing their DOLE AKAP application
4. Statistics of OFWs who applied in DOLE AKAP (from what country they came from)

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from 
the project management of DOLE-AKAP thru the Office of the Secretary Silvestre Bello III at osec@dole.gov.ph  You may also visit the OWWA website http//www/owwa.gov.ph for updated reports on the program.

Do remember that OWWA only evaluates your membership and overseas employment while DOLE provides the financial assistance coming from government.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Seretary Silvestre Bello III at osec@dole.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
