Dear Ms. Franchesca Dalomias,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 12, 2023 01:06:48 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for number of children with OFW parents in CALABARZON.

The best agency to best get your data requirement is with the Local Government Units of the provinces and component cities of the CALABAR Zone.  Based on the Local Government Code, the provinces have a population data which is submitted on a quarterly basis to DILG.  Moreover, they have the results of household surveys conducted with the Phil. Statistics Authority on number of Households with OFWs.  You will have to g to the planning office of the provinces and component cities.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Administrator at postal address OWWA Center, 7th St. corner F.B. Harrison St. Pasay City or email: records@owwa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
