Thank you for your request dated Jul 21, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Request for certificate of involuntary separation for SSS must be issued by your employer.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. However, If you are an OFW you may wish to contact your local recruitment agency or POEA at their main office at Ortgas cor. EDSA or the closest POEA regional office.
