Hello, I'm Cristina Alcontin a former OFW working as a Domestic Helper in Saudi Arabia.I would like to request my vaccination records from Saudi Arabia. I can't access my account from Tawakkalna anymore because I have no longer access into it. I have finished my working contract last July 2023 and my iqama was already expired. I badly needed my vaccination records for my employment here in the Philippines. Please help. Thank you.

Dear Ms. Cristina Alcontin,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 21, 2023 07:33:28 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch to access your vaccination records from Saudi Arabia.

Ms. Alcontin the issuance of vaccination records given by the Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is not within the jurisdiction of the Philippines government.  

It is suggested that you seek the assistance of the Philippine Embassy at KSA for your request.  However, you must be ready to disclose specific data about yourself including your employment records and visa issued.

If you were repatriated during the world-wide COVID-19 pandemic and availed of the services of the Philippine Embassy,  a copy of your health condition maybe an attachment for your repatriation.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing the OWWA- FOI Decision Makers at email: foi_dm@owwa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.

However, if you are still not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
