Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Dec 27, 2023 01:04:54 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for  financial laboratory and expenses for hiv positive Requested from DOH by M. Delos.

Ms. Santos please be informed that the Data Privacy Act  prevents government to share the personal information of another person, particularly about medical concerns.  Moreover, the ofw may wish to directly go directly to the nearest DOH accredited hospital or with the LGU Municipal/City Health Center for proper endorsement,

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing the OWWA- FOI Decision Makers at email: foi_dm@owwa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
