Hi i would like to request a deportion for my wife Annie Beth Jimenez Bastian in taiwan. I have proof of her doing some sexual contact with a taiwan national.She is selling her body for money

Dear Mr. limar Naitsab,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 13, 2023 03:28:50 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch the deportation of your wife.

Mr. Naitsab the OWWA is not the appropriate agency to act on your request.
It is suggested that you first seek the counsel of a lawyer so that the requirements and procedure for deportation of a spouse are carefully explained to you.

Moreover, please take note that your are violating the Data Privacy Act by stating the name of your spouse as well as citing unprintable accusation about the affairs of your spouse.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the OWWA ADMINISTRATOR at OWWA Center, 7th St. corner F.B. Harrison St., Pasay City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
