Mag ask sana ako kung paano ayusin ang OFW Adjustification Watchlist. Magbabakasyon sana ako sa February 9,2024. 4 years na ako dito sa Qatar ngayon ko lang napansin na nasa watchlist ako. Mag aapply sana ako ng OEC kaso napansin ko na nasa watchlist ako maski wala ako alam na nagawa ko mali mula ng work ako dito sa Qatar.

Dear Mr. Noel Garcia,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 09, 2024 12:11:38 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for dropping name out of the adjudication list.

Mr.Garcia you have to consult the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) as they are the only government agency mandated by law to regulate and block OFWs, Recruitment Agencies and/or Employer.

Refer to their official website or visit their office (former POEA) at Ortigas corner EDSA. 

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing the OWWA- FOI Decision Makers at email: foi_dm@owwa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.

However, if you are still not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
