Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 03, 2024 10:53:27 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for OWWA Board Resolution No. 7 (2022).

Mr. Emir Mendoza you will have to directly request from the OWWA Board of Trustees through the Board Secretary for access to the file of the Board Resolution.  Unfortunately, the Data Privacy Act restricts the full access of files of the Board of Trustee without approval.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing the OWWA- FOI Decision Makers at email: foi_dm@owwa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.

However, if you are still not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
