You asked for Request for certificate of involuntary separation for sss.

The OWWA is not your employer.  You can get a certification from your previous employer, Foreein Placement Agency or Local Recruitment Agency if  you are an OFW.  Otherwise seek the assistance of POEA because they have a copy of employment contract of all legally processed OFWs. 

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Philippine Oversea Employment Administration (POEA) or esubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal .
