Good day.

I am Renier Jane Gaid, the daughter of Jeanifer Gaid - Clavano who’s currently working in Kuwait under her employer Mrs. Naya Abdul Rahman Khaled Al-Ghunaim. Just recently, we had a misunderstanding due to her repetitive alibis why she couldn’t send us financial support. This has happened multiple times. For context, our father already died and we only have our mother to support our education, food and all other needs. Due to a delay of almost 2 months, we kept reminding her about our overdue bills, tuition and needs especially that we are studying. However, she cut us off.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 21, 2023 11:38:07 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for a demand Letter for Financial Support.

Ms. Gaid have you sought the assistance of the  municipal or provincial social worker?  If not, you better file an assistance so that the appropriate procedures are complied and assistance can be provided immediately to children of OFWs.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing the OWWA- FOI Decision Makers at email: foi_dm@owwa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.

However, if you are still not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
