Mapayapang umaga po sainyu nais ko po Humingi ng Kaunting tulong po sa Ahensya ng Owwa na Baka po matulungan po ninyo ako ng  kopya ng aking Vaccine certificate po sa Saudi arabia kase po di kona po ma Access ang aking account or mabuksan Dahil andito po ako sa pinas sana po mabigyan nyo po ako ng Pansin na matulungan ako dahil Ako po ay Pabalik napo sa Jeddah at Kailangan kopo ang tulong nyo na Makuha ang kopya ng aking certificate kase yun nalang po ang natatanging kulang sa requirements ko po pabalik sa abroad

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 10, 2024 08:57:37 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for a  Vaccine Certificate Copy.

Mr Lapaz the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) is not authorize to issue any vaccine certificate.  It is the Department of Health through its accredited hospitals/regional offices that is mandated by law to certify and/or provide medical certificates of vaccination.

Visit the DOH website or its closest regional/provincial office for procedure on how to access copies of vaccine certification.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing the OWWA- FOI Decision Makers at email: foi_dm@owwa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.

However, if you are still not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
