i hereby wanted to officially deport my wife from dubai due to severe fights and issues going on between us i would choose to make a marriage counselling during this process after her arrival here since she is not listening to my request

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 26, 2023 05:04:17 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch to deport your wife from Dubai.

Mr. Kurian the Freedom of Information (FOI) portal should not be used for your personal concerns.  It is suggested that you settle your deportation issues with the Immigration Office of the country where you are.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing the OWWA- FOI Decision Makers at email: foi_dm@owwa.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
