In behalf of San Miguel Foods, Inc. (SMFI), I would like to request a copy of the 2011 to 2012 AFAB Board Resolution Adopting the PEZA Rates, included in the adopted regulations was the Fee on Local Sales. This is for better understanding of our Top Management on the Implementation of the Domestics Sales Regulatory Fee (DSRF)  to all Registered Enrterprise in AFAB in Mariveles, Bataan.
