In behalf of San Miguel Foods, Inc. (SMFI), I would like to request a copy of the AFAB Board Resolution in 2011 or 2012 Adopting the PEZA Rates. This is for better understanding of our Top Management on the Implementation of the Domestics Sales Regulatory Fee (DSRF)  to all Registered Enrterprise in AFAB in Mariveles, Bataan.
