Good day! As part of our service accreditation to Bataan, we are anticipating operational and other expenses. With that, may we request a copy of  Tariff rates from Ports under the Authority of Bataan.

Your FOI request is approved. Attached herewith is the link for the AFAB Citizen's Charter ( https://afab.gov.ph/citizens-charter/) containing the information you requested. Kindly refer to Page 108-110 for the computation of the rate.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to AFAB Administrator and CEO, Mohammed Hussein P. Pangandaman and email to foi@afab.gov.ph.
